Andorra Guides Team

About Us

Choosing a team to help you relocate to Andorra successfully, isn’t a decision you’ll want to take lightly.

In an effort to begin earning the trust of our future clients, we thought you might want to learn why we started Andorra Guides, as well as a little bit about our personal backgrounds.

Andorra Guides was founded by a group of expats who arrived in Andorra for various reasons.

Jase Rodley, an Australian nomad, settled in the Pyrenees to find a better life balance, while building an IT business. Meanwhile, Joonas and Sandra Kylmäkorpi immersed themselves in the sports community. Joonas, a former world-class motorbike rider, made the transition to entrepreneurship.

All three founders experienced the joys and challenges of parenthood while living in Andorra, providing them with a profound understanding of both personal and business needs.

As they built Andorra Guides, they assembled an exceptional team, including a true Andorran, Jordi Casadevall, whose background lies in law and politics. They established a robust company structure, offering a unique approach to address the evolving needs of expats. Andorra Guides specialises in providing comprehensive A-Z services, led by insightful and professional agents, Guy Sharp and Elizabeth Pierce.

What Sets Us Apart

What sets us apart from other relocation agents is that, at some point in our lives, we were in your shoes, facing the same problems and doubts you have as potential expats. We all worked with other relocation agents when entering the country, and wished we knew then, what we knew now.

This unique insight is difficult to match and combined a more down-to-earth, personalised approach, forms the cornerstone of our service.

Guy Sharp

Born and raised in Andorra, I know the country pretty much inside out! After studies in Spain, France and Belgium I decided to move back to Andorra.

I love the mountains but also appreciate the closeness in having major cities and interesting countries close by to continuously absorb the arts, crafts, history, architecture and general culture.

My background is in British, French, Andorran and Spanish which enables me to confidently navigate the different cultures – I’m currently learning Italian as well.

I love the contact with people and it never ceases to amaze me all the different types of new residents we are lucky to help and make Andorra their new home.

I have been helping expats in relocation for the better part of a decade now, which has helped me to gain in-depth knowledge of Andorran system, as well as keep up to date with the latest changes.

Elizabeth Pierce

I am UK born but have been living between Barcelona and Andorra since I was 17 years old. For the last 8 years, I’ve been based permanently in this wonderful country.

Originally coming with an idea to stay a year or 2, I have now settled in this country and started a family here.

I speak 6 languages, including English, Spanish and Catalan to a native level and have lived, worked and studied in over 7 countries globally.

I have a background in diplomacy, sales and business management and have worked in various fields in this tiny nation including education, tourism, and B2B commerce, and landed here at Andorra Guides in 2021.

My previous experience working in British and Spanish consulates, as well with business administration and in tourism, have given me an in-depth knowledge base to ease the residency application process for people from around the world.
